“I’m a big animal lover, but I’m particularly drawn to wild animals. This piece was intended to depict the relationship between humans and animals, and saw me branch out with a fresh palette. Landscape rather than portrait, which most of my pieces are, I enjoyed creating this piece. The original was made using chalks, pastels, charcoal, and acrylic and oil paint.” – Carly Wright
